New Old Stripes

Stripes…my obsession! I recently had this dress taken in at the top for a better fit and I’m in love again. Never discount an old favourite, with minor alterations it could become a new old favourite! Tie a contrasting lightweight jacket around your wait to break the look up and for those cool nights. Add a bold lip to take a casual look up a level, I love the combination of this colour with the khaki jacket. And props to the key players, sneaks, tote bag and watch, for finishing off endless outfit combinations.

Beach Escape

The foundations for a beach outfit…cut off denim shorts and a throw on white shirt. Go for a lightweight cotton shirt, perfect for sun protection and achieving a casual cool beach feel, especially when knotted at the front. Black accessories add that finishing touch to take this look from beach to bar with ease. Crop top style bikini tops are a current trend in swimwear, my advice…choose a print that matches back with solid bottoms that you already own to avoid buying an entirely new swimsuit.
