One World Observatory

We visited One World Observatory for the first time on the first of this year. An incredible building laced with so many emotions, the name Freedom Tower is a perfect representation of its true meaning. From the moment you enter this iconic building every detail of it’s construction and the symbolic nature of its existence is covered in a thoughtful and respectful way.
The elevator ride in itself is an experience with an animated time lapse video of the city skyline developing around you over time as you reach the 102nd floor. This is followed by a stirring video which captures the spirit of New York before the screen lifts to reveal the view. And from 382 metres up you really can ‘see forever’, the observatories offical tagline…cheesy but so true! The most incredible birds eye view of the most incredible city has to be seen to be believed.
